CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?


Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to sizes or items. We only allow cancellations of orders and refunds. You must contact us as soon as possible to guarantee we can cancel your order before it ships.

AN ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?


We typically do not restock product once it sells out. It is rare if we do a restock, but if we do we only do it for a limited time. Our mailer will give updates for restocks and sizes before anyone else hears about it.

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


When you place an order, we will send you an email with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, send us an email at info@newonesclothing.com and we will be happy to resend it for you

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

 

Refunds/Returns 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this specific time period. However, if the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below. 


1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

2. To start a return, you can contact us at info@newonesclothing.com with the reasoning of the return and the information provided above.

3. We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted. 
- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.
- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process

Once a refund is accepted

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@newonesclothing.com.
